Summary of City Advisor Role & Responsibilities
For Flapjaq Websites (located at subdomains of Flapjaq.com):
The role of City Advisor for any of the Flapjaq Websites, located at subdomains of Flapjaq.com (the “Flapjaq Websites”) is by invitation from Domcor, LLC only. City Advisors for a particular Flapjaq Website usually include those with special knowledge, experience, or who hold certain positions, that make them particularly qualified to answer questions and provide useful and accurate information about the city which is the subject matter of such Flapjaq Website (the “City”).
Legal Terms & Conditions. City Advisors for each of the Flapjaq Websites are bound by all the terms and responsibilities set forth in the City Advisor Agreement, to which you must click agreement upon registration as a City Advisor, and all of the other Legal Terms & Conditions of the Flapjaq Websites (which are found on Flapjaq.com, under the link for “Legal” in the site footer), as well as all Policies stated on the Flapjaq Website on which you register to become a City Advisor (the “Site”). This Summary sheet is not a substitute for the City Advisor Agreement, other Legal Terms & Conditions, or Policies. Please read them carefully.
City Advisor Registration & Profile. All City Advisors, upon invitation, must register in the special registration area for City Advisors located in the “Pro Space” linked at the bottom of the Site. In registering, you will choose your own username and password. After registering, please use the same username separately to create your own public profile (your “Profile”) on the Site. We ask that City Advisors provide an accurate Profile – no misrepresentations! – and keep it updated. If you change employment or change your contact information, we ask that you kindly notify us and update your profile immediately.
We offer plenty of space in your Profile area to include biographical information, contact information for Site visitors to contact you, and links to your own website and/or Facebook page or other social media sites. However, please don’t use your Profile, or answers or other content you post on the Site, directly to solicit business for yourself or your organization or to solicit compensation of any kind from Users of the Site for your answers.
Volunteer Position. The City Advisor position is a volunteer role. There is no compensation for the role of City Advisor, however, your Profile and postings as a City Advisor will give you visibility, and help promote the City that is covered by the Site.
Receiving & Answering Questions on the Site as a City Advisor. City Advisors agree to receive email notification when a new question is posted on the Site. Remember to keep you email address current so you will immediately know when someone is wanting information about the City!
Drawing upon your knowledge and expertise regarding the City, or information which you can reasonably re-search and find, you will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate, concise, and timely answers to the User questions e-mailed to you from the Site. Your provision of accurate, concise and timely answers, or e-mailing Domcor (at Support@Flapjaq.com) with suggestions of others to answer questions when appropriate, will be much appreciated by Domcor. This will help to provide high quality answers that will make the Site more use-ful to Users and in turn drive more traffic to the Site and more interest in the City.
For your own protection and protection of Domcor, LLC from potential liability, please refrain from answering questions that require any type of “professional” advice such as legal, financial, accounting, real estate, medical, or other professional advice. If you happen to receive such a question, please notify us instead (at Support@Flapjaq.com). If you do answer a question that may involve issues on which the User should seek professional advice, please include the following disclaimer in your answer:
“This answer is for information only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, real estate, medical or other professional advice of any kind. You question appears to require professional advice, and you should consult a licensed professional in the fields to which your question relates.”

Confidentiality. As a City Advisor you may have access to areas of the Site not granted to other users. It is important that you maintain confidential all information about the backend of the Site, its structure and contents, including any e-mail addresses or information about Users of the Site or other matters, and do not disclose to any other person any information you obtain from areas of the Site not open to other Users.
Termination. Either party may terminate the City Adviser Agreement at any time for any reason, by written notice to the other. Please note that all answers you have posted on the Site or provided will remain property of Domcor, LLC, and may continue to be displayed on the Site or other websites owned or operated by Domcor, LLC.
